1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions, together with any game rules, payment rules, privacy notice, responsible gaming rules, and policies posted on clashXO, form a binding agreement between you and clashXO. By creating an account, using the platform, funding a wallet, joining a game, or accepting winnings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not register, deposit funds, play, or use any clashXO service. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and physically located in a place where online wagered skill games are lawful. You are responsible for confirming that your use of clashXO is legal where you live or play.

We may request age, identity, address, source-of-funds, device, or payment verification at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or close any account until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Rules

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must keep your account details, password, PIN, two-factor authentication, and devices secure. Any action taken through your account is treated as your action unless we decide otherwise.

Only one account is allowed per person. Duplicate, shared, transferred, false, or impersonated accounts are prohibited. We may suspend or close such accounts, void games, withhold winnings, recover bonuses or credits, and retain funds where required by law, fraud prevention, or risk controls.

Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not send payment credentials or sensitive security details through unencrypted email or public channels.

4. Wallet, Deposits & Withdrawals

clashXO wallets are held in Nigerian Naira and may be used only for permitted platform activity, including stakes, fees, refunds, and withdrawals. We do not provide credit. You may play only with cleared funds available in your wallet.

Deposits and withdrawals may be processed by Flutterwave or other payment partners and are subject to their checks, limits, downtime, reversals, fees, and terms. We are not liable for delays, outages, declined payments, bank errors, or third-party processing failures.

Withdrawals may be paid only to an account or payment method that passes our verification checks and, where required, matches your clashXO account details. We may delay, reject, reverse, or reduce a withdrawal to complete verification, recover mistaken credits, resolve disputes, pay chargebacks, enforce limits, or comply with law.

Funds credited in error remain our property and may be reversed. You are responsible for any taxes, levies, bank charges, network charges, or reporting obligations arising from your play, winnings, or withdrawals.

5. Games, Stakes & Settlement

clashXO provides wagered tic-tac-toe and related competitive games. A game is valid only when accepted and recorded by our servers. Our server records, wallet ledger, game state, timestamps, and audit logs are the final authority for entry, moves, outcomes, balances, refunds, forfeits, and payouts.

You are responsible for checking the stake, opponent, game mode, and game details before joining or confirming a game. Once a game starts, the stake is locked and cannot be cancelled by you except through a platform feature that expressly allows it.

We may void, cancel, reverse, resettle, refund, or forfeit any game where there is a technical fault, payment issue, obvious error, botting, collusion, abuse, connectivity manipulation, unauthorised access, duplicate account use, suspicious pattern, or breach of these Terms.

If you disconnect, fail to move, abandon, or forfeit a game, the game may be awarded, cancelled, or refunded according to the applicable game rules and our server state. Displayed balances, potential winnings, and status messages are informational until confirmed in the wallet ledger.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You must play honestly and for yourself. Bots, scripts, automated play, account farming, collusion, chip dumping, exploit use, reverse engineering, traffic manipulation, payment fraud, bonus abuse, harassment, threats, illegal activity, or any attempt to interfere with clashXO are prohibited.

Where we suspect prohibited conduct, we may limit access, freeze funds, void games, withhold or reverse winnings, block devices, request further verification, report activity to payment partners or authorities, and close the account without paying disputed winnings.

7. Responsible Gaming

Only stake what you can afford to lose. You may request account limits, cooling-off, or self-exclusion through support. If you are self-excluded, suspended, underage, or otherwise restricted, you must not open or use another account.

We may refuse play, reduce limits, suspend access, or close an account where we believe continued play may create legal, financial, welfare, security, or responsible-gaming risk.

8. Platform Use, Content & Intellectual Property

clashXO, including its name, logo, software, design, game logic, text, graphics, code, data, and content, belongs to clashXO or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the platform for lawful personal play only.

You must not copy, scrape, sell, modify, distribute, frame, decompile, reverse engineer, attack, overload, bypass security, or commercially exploit any part of clashXO. Any content you submit must be lawful and non-infringing. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, display, moderate, remove, and retain submitted content as needed to operate and protect the platform.

9. Privacy, Security & Authentication

We process personal data for account creation, identity checks, payments, fraud prevention, security, customer support, responsible gaming, compliance, and platform operation. We may share necessary data with payment processors, verification providers, banks, hosting providers, fraud-prevention partners, professional advisers, regulators, and law enforcement where lawful.

If clashXO offers biometric, passkey, device, or similar authentication, you may use it only with your own device and consent. We do not ask you to share biometric credentials with us. You are responsible for securing your device and may withdraw use of such authentication through your device or account settings where available.

10. Suspension, Closure & Enforcement

You may ask to close your account by contacting support. We may keep the account open or restrict withdrawals while games, disputes, chargebacks, investigations, verification, legal duties, or negative balances remain unresolved.

We may suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time where we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, manage risk, investigate suspicious activity, correct errors, or protect the integrity of games and payments.

11. Liability

clashXO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free play, continuous payment availability, device compatibility, or that every defect will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the disputed stake or wallet amount directly affected by our proven error, except where law does not allow such limitation.

We are not liable for failures caused by your device, browser, internet connection, power supply, telecom provider, bank, payment processor, third-party service, force majeure event, government action, or unauthorised use of your account.

12. Complaints, Disputes & Governing Law

Complaints about a game, wallet entry, deposit, withdrawal, suspension, or settlement must be sent to support within 30 days of the relevant event. Include your username, game code or transaction reference, date, amount, and a clear description of the issue.

We will review complaints using our records and may request further information. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of clashXO, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
